What this page covers
In shortHow paid Arbor Cloud plans are charged, how to stop renewal, and what a refund or dispute changes.
This page covers paid Arbor Cloud plans: how they are charged, how to stop renewal, and what happens when a payment is refunded or disputed. It restates what our Terms say about paid plans.
Prices and billing
In shortPrices are in US dollars, charged monthly for each workspace.
Developer costs $19 a month and Team $79 a month, in US dollars, for each workspace. The plan review shows the price, currency and billing period before you pay.
The first charge can happen as soon as you authorize the subscription. It then renews monthly, for up to 120 months, until you stop it.
Only a workspace owner can start or stop a subscription. Razorpay takes the payment in its own checkout window, and Arbor never receives your full card number.
The free trial
In shortThe trial is free, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
Each GitHub account starts with 3 pull requests, free and with no card, shared by every workspace it creates. There is nothing to cancel or refund.
Stopping renewal doesn't reset the trial.
Stopping renewal
In shortCancel any time with Stop renewal. You keep the period you already paid for.
A workspace owner can stop renewal at any time. In the Cloud workspace, open Plans & usage and choose Stop renewal under Account billing.
Stopping renewal asks Razorpay to cancel the subscription at once, and it can't be resumed. Your plan continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
A charge already in progress may still go through. If it does, email support@getarbor.dev.
Stopping renewal does not by itself issue a refund.
To delete your Cloud account, stop renewal first: deletion is refused while a subscription on a workspace you own hasn't been confirmed as stopped.
Refunds and disputes
In shortA refunded or disputed payment ends paid access for that period immediately.
If a payment is refunded or disputed, paid access for that period ends immediately. It is not restored automatically, even if a dispute later closes in your favor.
When a paid plan that includes other members ends, members other than the owner lose access. Work already accepted can finish.
