Terms of Service
Effective April 23, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Arbor Cloud ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Arbor Cloud is a code-analysis platform that installs as a GitHub App on your repositories. It analyses pull requests, generates dependency graphs, and provides risk scores to help teams review AI-generated code changes.
3. Accounts
You must authenticate via GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getarbor.dev if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (c) submit malicious code or content; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
5. Data & Privacy
We access only the repository data necessary to perform analysis. We do not store your source code beyond the duration of a single analysis run. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Arbor Cloud and its original content remain the property of Arbor. Analysis output generated from your repositories belongs to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that analyses are error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
